A young enterpreneur whose passion towards fitness and well being led the foundation of Bay Yoga Center in 2013. She is certified Hatha Yoga practitioner and practicing Yoga since 5 years. Benefits of Bikram Yoga has healed her completely from several health issues. Her thrive to enrich others life and well being to make them live a healthy life style inspired her to open gateway to every one who wants to discover new of them. Her philosophy follows Bikram as himself said:

“ Give me 30 days I will change your body. Give me 60 days I will change your life style ”.

Neha Shewani

A person who took to Bikram Yoga as a last ditch effort to cure her acidic peptic ailment, Neha Shewani is a testimony to how the decision changed her life in a positive way. Since starting in December 2010, Neha realised within a week the change that came over her and embraced Bikram Yoga as a permanent part of her life. Her quest to learn more and the constant support for her teachers, she soon found herself attending the teacher training session of spring 2012. After completing the course, she returned to India to teach at the Bikram Yoga centres in Pune and Hyderabad until October 2013. Slowly her never ending desire to travel, meet new people and share her knowledge took her to various places, including Thailand and Indonesia recently.

Leyla Najafi

A lady with a cheerful smile and vibrant energy, Leyla is a woman who travelled from a regular job as a travel agent to be a charming yoga instructor. The sheer passion she had for yoga made her to join teachers training course in 2007 and since then, she has developed into an able and respected pracititioner of Bikram Yoga. Leyla feels blessed to have had the opportunity of meeting interesting individuals through the teaching and considers Bikram Yoga as the best thing to have happened to her. Even to this day, as she continues spreading knowledge and happiness, she imagines living a dream wherein she is given the chance to lead people on such a physical, spiritual conquest.

Jessica began practicing Bikram yoga 5 years ago, her original aims were to establish a balance with her Dancing career and also increase flexibility. Within her first 5 classes she was completely in love with the practice, the benefits both mentally and physically were endless!!!! As she continued her practice with various teachers and built strength, she watched with amazement at how much this yoga was helping people in so many different ways. She decided to go to L.A and complete her teacher training and graduated in 2013. Jessica feels so happy to be giving something back to Bikram by sharing this incredible series. She feels great joy when leading people through the postures and reminding them that “it’s never too late, it’s never too bad and you’re never too old or to sick to start from scratch again” (Bishnu Ghosh). She has a great passion for helping people create balance so they can live a healthier and more peaceful life.

Ningthoujam Robindro Singh or more fondly called as Robin, is a man of simplicity and clarity. Yoga defines his life and over the years, he has put in a lot of hard work to master different styles of the practice. Even today, he calls himself a learner and continues his pursuit to uncover new elements of the routines.

Yoga has been part of his life from a very young age. It was in the year 1996 that he got introduced to the world of yoga. Destiny led him to join a yoga class in Manipur and from then on, he has continued practising along with his studies. His fierce desire to know more about fitness and yoga, saw him acquire a Degree in Physical Education, Health Education and Sports (specialized in Yoga) from the Manipur University and later went on to complete his Master degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) from Nagpur University (Maharashtra, India) in 2001-02.

During the educational years, Robin participated in numerous yoga competitions and won many prizes. Later, he worked as a Yoga teacher’s trainer in Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education, Trivandrum under Sports Authority of India (S.A.I.). His commitment to teaching yoga became more focused with his migration to Dubai in 2003. In Dubai, he got to share his knowledge with students of different nationalities and which enabled him to mould himself better as a teacher crossing the barriers of regional language. He also conducted workshops and made his presence felt in International Yoga Conferences. Currently, he is teaching different styles of Yoga namely Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Pre-natal and Post-natal Yoga).
